The following examples are from Polk County, Iowa and Grundy County, Illinois. Polk County, IA documented existing services by age group, with a special emphasis on identifying programs serving transition-age youth. The Forum for Youth Investment organized the data of the program landscape mapping process for Grundy County, Illinois.

Workforce Surveys
The following are examples of workforce surveys from Grand Rapids, MI, Iowa and Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Iowa workforce survey was fielded in late 2008 across the state of Iowa, with over 500 front-line youth workers responding. The city of Tulsa fielded this survey for frontline youth workers in late 2008.
