Laine Culbreath



Laine oversees the accounting functions of the Forum. This includes producing financials statements, budgeting, grant reporting and (most importantly) making sure the bills get paid.

Laine joined the Forum in 2014. She has dedicated her career of more than a decade to serving the nonprofit community, including through positions with the American Federation of Teachers and the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics. She was also manager of outsourced accounting at Snyder Cohn, serving a variety of nonprofit and small business clients.

Laine serves as treasurer on the board of Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy from Wake Forest University, and  is a certified public accountant licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
