State & Local Policy Associate
Meagan works within the Policy Department to assist with the Children’s Cabinet Network and the Children’s Funding Project to help state and local policymakers align fragmented children’s policies and programs.
Meagan received her Bachelor of Arts in both Public Policy & Leadership and African-American Studies from the University of Virginia. She also obtained her Master of Public Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. When out of the office, Meagan loves to dance, travel, and experience cultures apart from that of her native Trinidad.
