Ohio: Family and Children First Cabinet Council

The bill establishes certain duties and responsibilities of the Family & Children First (FCF) Cabinet Council and county FCF councils.  Ohio Family & Children First is a partnership of government agencies and community organizations seeking to improve the well being of children and families.  The state agency members include the Superintendent of Public Instruction, the Office of Budget and Management, and the departments of Job and Family Services, Health, Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, Youth Services, and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services.
