California: San Francisco Department of Children Youth and Families: Children's Services Allocation Plan

This report aims to accomplish the following: Describe the public sources of funding of children’s services in San Francisco; determine how DCYF should invest the Children’s Fund’s to achieve; measurable outcomes or results, and outline the investment strategy that will be used to achieve those results; identify and educate the community about the city’s current investment in children’s services; showcase and honor the meaningful contributions of city departments; help city departments and other funders better coordinate fiscal and program planning; and help the city leverage additional funding from non-city sources.
