San Francisco, CA: San Francisco Youth Commission

The San Francisco Youth Commission is a diverse group of 17 young people between the ages of 12 and 23. The youth come from all across the city to serve as the official youth voice at City Hall. The youth are appointed by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and the Mayor to actively participate in local government to ensure that  young people have a role and a voice in the policy and budget decisions that impact the lives of youth.  Click here to learn more.
