Samantha Sugar, M.S.W.

Samantha focuses her attention on the Youth Program Quality Intervention study, which examines quality in after-school programs. She also oversees the evaluation work in the Oklahoma 21st Community Learning Center system, and writes research and evaluation reports related to the center’s Youth Program Quality Assessment tool.

Samantha joined the center in 2008, after interning for HighScope Educational Research Foundation. She holds Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College (in Michigan) with majors in Sociology and Political Science, and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, where she concentrated on social policy and evaluation related to children and youth.
