Danielle Evennou

Danielle is a Policy Associate.

She provides support for state and local policy projects. Before coming to the Forum, she worked at the nutrition and health policy communications firm, N. Chapman Associates, Inc. Danielle graduated with High Honors from Rutgers University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and American Studies. As a Political Science student, she focused on domestic policy issues. She received the American Studies Department’s "Special Award" for her project on transgender representation in popular culture.

Danielle is an advisor for GLU: Generations Leading Us, a monthly, youth focused open mic with a "youth" & "senior" feature poet/performer. She is also president of mothertongue, a non-profit spokenword organization providing safe spaces for women and young girls to be creative, empowered, and heard.
