Senior Manager of Budget and Grants Administration

Harold oversees the Forum’s finance office, which includes overseeing budget management, reporting on financial requirements to funders, and managing contracts with Forum clients, vendors and consultants.

Harold joined the Forum in 2010, bringing years of financial management experience in nonprofit organizations and higher education, where he helped organizations with budgeting and analysis, financial reporting and strategic growth and scalability initiatives. Harold worked as director of finance and accounting at College Summit, a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing college enrollment among low-income youth. He also worked for 10 years in financial management at Washington Adventist University and at the Institute for the Psychological Sciences. Before working in finance, Harold held positions in sales, customer service and production in the printing and publishing industry.

Harold earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Loma Linda University (in California) and completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at the Maryland Campus of the University of Phoenix.
