Due to the nature and rigor of this professional development retreat, experience with the Youth Work Methods and/or SEL Youth Work Methods as well as training/facilitation experience is highly recommended.
The SELTOF begins with a 1.5-hour webinar one week before the 5-day, overnight, in-person retreat. Two 1.5-hour reflection webinars will be scheduled to take place over the two months following the in-person retreat. The schedule is outlined below:

Cost Option 1: $3000 per person in double-occupancy room.
Includes:
- Tuition
- Materials (set of ten guidebooks, copy of Preparing Youth to Thrive , and a faciltator backpack with supplies for all ten workshops)
- Meals (dinner on Day 1, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Days 2-4, and breakfast and lunch on Day 5)
- Accommodation (four nights in a double occupancy room at our scenic retreat center)
