Keshante Cavin is a dedicated Program Associate passionate about supporting program quality in youth development systems. She works closely with the Equitable Continuous Quality Improvement team to provide implementation support, including managing project logistics and delivering high-quality consultation and technical assistance.

With a strong background in education and student support, Keshante holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Special Education General/Adapted Curriculum from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a minor in Marketing.
