Nalini Ravindranath supports the development and execution of development strategies as well as the management of funder relationships.
Nalini brings experience in research, technical assistance delivery and knowledge management from her work with a range of national nonprofit organizations spanning education and youth development fields. Prior to rejoining the Forum, she worked with The Finance Project where she managed a study of the adequacy of education financing in the District of Columbia and the effectiveness of charter school funding in New Orleans. During her tenure at YouthBuild USA, she developed and delivered e-learning solutions to over 100 Department of Labor funded YouthBuild programs. During her first tenure at the Forum, she supported the management of several community-based initiatives, including the Quality Counts Initiative which helped communities build quality improvement systems for out-of-school time programs. Nalini holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University – Bloomington and Master’s degrees from Fordham University and University of Pennsylvania.
