Ruth is an entrepreneur and distinguished human resources executive known for building and sustaining a culture of engagement and high performance across enterprises. Most recently she served as founder and CEO of a human resources technology company called HireHer® which advanced opportunities for women and minorities in innovative industries.  In addition, Ruth is a career public servant who led an award-winning human resources policy and oversight team from the headquarters of a large complex federal agency with over 100,000 employees world-wide. She has been recognized for her efforts to diversify workplaces enabling employers to recruit, engage and retain high performing diverse talent. Ruth earned a Master degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and is certified as a Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
