Tiffany Erickson

Tiffany Erickson is the Forum for Youth Investment’s first Executive Vice President, Strategic Communications.

Tiffany was previously the Chief Communications and Engagement Officer at the American Counseling Association. In this role, she successfully increased mental health awareness by curating impactful stories to deliver key messages. Tiffany promoted respect for human dignity and diversity by advancing the counseling profession’s brand influence, spurring the organization to exponential growth.

Tiffany has led brand stewardship, strategic communications, and media relations for such organizations as the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), First Things First, and Snell & Wilmer. As the Director of External Affairs at CAEP, Tiffany brought communications expertise to the organizational strategic planning and development of teacher preparation program standards. Tiffany was Arizona’s First Things First inaugural Public Information Officer and Director of Brand Advancement. She used data-informed strategies to build awareness of early childhood development education and quality childcare, ensuring voter support for the tax-funded agency.

Tiffany is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in English Literature.
