This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the Forum for Youth Investment (“the Forum”) owned website and its subdomains. The Forum website, www.forumfyi.org  (the “Website”), is owned and operated by the Forum for Youth Investment, a Washington DC based not-for-profit organization that helps leaders get young people ready for life.

The Forum is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our Website. This privacy policy tells you how the Forum uses personal information collected at the Website. Please read this privacy policy before using the Website or submitting any personal information. By using the Website or its subdomains, you are accepting the practices described in this Policy. The Forum is the sole owner of information collected on our sites. We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

  • Fulfillment of requests for products and services
  • Enabling participation in events and receipt of communications
  • Customization of content and services
  • Providing customer support
  • Outreach regarding updates about the Forum or its Website

(a) While using the Website it is your choice and at your discretion whether to provide Personal Information. You are not required to provide Personal Information. You may discontinue the collection of your Personal Information by limiting or discontinuing your use of the Website.

We may collect non-personally identifiable information about you when you visit the Website. We may use this information for internal purposes, such as, usage analysis and improving the Website. This information does not include your Personal Information.

We may collect information Personally Identifiable Information about you left on the Forum’s website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again. Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
