Alison (Ali) Lauge serves as Chief Growth Officer at the Forum for Youth Investment, leading the growth strategy across fundraising, earned revenue, marketing, and partnerships. Ali brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in strategic partnerships, philanthropy, business development, and integrated communications across the nonprofit, corporate, and public sectors.
Most recently, Ali served as Vice President of Development and Partnerships at Generation Schools Network where she led a development unit responsible for more than $5 million in annual revenue. Earlier in her career, Ali held dual leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she served as Director of Community Engagement and Vice President of The Goodyear Foundation. She created and led the company’s first global corporate social responsibility strategy and launched its signature annual Week of Volunteering, mobilizing more than 1,200 associates in 69 volunteer events in 6 countries in one week. As Director of the Ohio STEM Learning Network’s Akron Hub, she built a sustainable business model that generated revenue through district sales, grants, and corporate contributions, grew partnerships across government and industry, and expanded the Hub’s reach to regional stakeholders.
Ali holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Political Science from Kent State University. She lives in Colorado, with her husband, Edvards, and their two daughters, Ella and Amalie. The daughter of two teachers, Ali is a proud advocate for education, having seen firsthand the difference it can make in a child’s life.
