Ari Pak

Ari serves as the Senior Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Specialist at the Forum’s Weikart Center. Ari leads projects, provides coaching and technical assistance to system leaders, and designs learning experiences to advance equitable CQI systems.

Ari served in multiple youth development roles in the past ten years, including designing and leading programs, managing cross-regional teams and grants, and spearheading partnership and evaluation efforts to improve program offerings. Prior to joining the Weikart Center, Ari was the Programs Director at Asian American LEAD, a multi-region youth development organization offering leadership and identity exploration programs to youth in the D.C. metro area. Ari held direct service and management roles prior to this position which informed his values and practice. Their work is guided by the belief that all youth deserve support and opportunities which allow them to thrive and realize their fullest potential.

Ari has a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies from The College of William & Mary and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership. They serve on the Board of Directors for the Braxton Institute for Sustainability, Resiliency, and Joy. Ari loves their family, partner, cats, food, anything outdoors, and trying new things.
