Arlo Andre Allotey is a Policy Analyst at the Forum for Youth Investment. He brings experience in legislative support, youth policy, and research with a focus on equity and education access.
Before joining the Forum, Arlo served as a Congressional Intern in the office of Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, where he supported legislative staff on youth-centered policy, constituent correspondence, and advocacy efforts. He contributed to securing co-sponsors for legislation like the One School, One Nurse Act and assisted with research projects tied to education funding and youth development programs. Arlo has also supported strategic communications and data projects focused on strengthening children’s cabinets and cross-sector youth policy efforts.
Arlo holds a BA in International Relations from Roanoke College and has a passion for public service, with long-term goals of advancing equitable education policy and pursuing a legal career. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new cities, and engaging in political discussion.
