Heather Wulff is an Instructional Designer for the Forum’s Weikart Center.  She brings instructional design experience and over 15 years of public teaching experience.  

As an instructional designer and a teacher, she has continually worked to boost the inclusivity of education for students. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is evident in her enthusiasm for mastering new learning tools and integrating them into her designs. She has received youth mental health training and provided additional support to students by being a mentor. 

Heather received her Bachelor of Music degree from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of Findlay.
