Chelsea Baker is the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. She comes to the Forum with extensive experience in the public and philanthropic sectors coordinating meetings, schedules, working with boards, and data management.
Prior to joining the Forum, Chelsea served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Philanthropy at the National Park Foundation where she helped manage his daily work-life as well as assisted in raising funds for parks across the United States. Chelsea has also worked at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, working with survivors and the education program as well as the Director of Clay County Historical Society in Spencer, Iowa.
Chelsea is currently working on her Graduate Certification for Project Management at the University of Maryland. She holds a BA from the University of Northern Iowa in History and a Master’s in Museum Studies from the University of South Dakota. In her free time, she loves to bake, read, go to museums, and spend time with her husband, daughter, and their golden retriever!
