Recommended Travel Times
We often get asked about when the activities begin and end so participants can plan their travel. We recommend:
- Arriving in Louisville by 3pm on Wednesday, April 15th (if you plan to participate in a pre-session, please note the start time for that session).
- Scheduling departure flights for 4:30pm or later on Friday, April 17th

Hotel Accommodations
You are responsible for booking your own accommodations. We have negotiated a group rate of $196.00 per room night at the Louisville Marriott Downtown located at 280 West Jefferson Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. The cut-off date is Friday, March 20, 2020 (or until block is full).
We have also arranged to have additional nearby hotel(s) offering you a special group rate of $193.00 per night (their cut-off date is also Friday, March 20, 2020 or until block is full):

Airport and Ground Transportation
The closest airport is the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) and is 8 miles away from the hotel. (The Louisville Marriott Downtown does not provide shuttle service)
TAXI Cabs and Ride Share
SDF has only two authorized ridesharing services, Lyft and Uber. You can find either one by the pick-up curve, located on the lower level, on the east side of the terminal.
For those preferring taxi service, catch a cab at the traffic island. Estimated taxi fare is $18.00 (one way).
Alternate car service transportation: R&R Limousine (800-582-5576) or Xtreme Transportation (812-246-2235); fee: 75.25 USD (one way); reservation required.
Directions and Parking
From Louisville International: Take 264 East one mile to I-65 North. Travel about 6 miles to Brook Street exit. Turn left onto Jefferson. The hotel entrance is immediately to the left on Jefferson Street.
